Twice now I bought motors for some version of a bamboo GT (which I purchased used two years ago without manual or specs; one motor is stuttering/failing now). The ordered motors seem in good state. However, I cannot test them. It is unclear which motor belongs to which series! Webshop images are not accurate. I first got the big ones (3000W), thought more power is nice, I'll tape them on somehow. Yet the cable contacts do not match (different plug). Another attempt (1500W), certainly the match for my model, yet the cable contacts match neither. This is totally disappointing. I would expect accurate images on the shop website, and model numbers / specs on the motors themselves. I am hesitant to try the 1200 ones. Acknowledged: I did not contact sales or applied for return; presumably they would have been friendly and helpful. France is too far for me, I had trouble with receiving the GLS packages (GLS sucks in my area) and I'd find reimbursements annoying. I wouldn't rant, but then they annoy me with review requests. Here you are.
