Yes, everything was satisfying. On your website it says 3 days is an estimate time to receive the product bought from you, but my products didn't even move from the 4th of January.\n\nI bought sneakers from Japan and they arrived before your parcel that is around 1k kilometer far from where i am from.\n\nThe problem i am travleing on 15th January, i don't need what i bought from you anymore if i cannot have it before that.\n\nVery bad experience and slow service, will never buy from you again, no thank you
