Terrible experience and customer service NOT RECOMMENDED SHOP I MENTIONED MANY TIMES VAPE PRODUCT IS SENSITIVE IN MY COUNTRY PLEASE DON’T PUT ANY SENSITIVE WORDS YOUVAPE CLEARLY KNOW IT The first and second time I purchase, I sent my package to my Europe hub, when first package arrived my hub told me it was declared as vape product cause it got sensitive word or picture so it’s unable to ship back to me, I immediately contacted youvape and asked did they put any vape related words or sensitive words on the package so cause my hub declared the package as vape product without opening the package and check, youvape replied me they didn’t put anything sensitive on the package and they didn’t use youvape as sender so shouldn’t cause problem. I “trusted” youvape and I know my second package I ordered at the same time will get in trouble. I tried all the ways I could try finally found someone could help me pick it up at my Europe hub and send it to me. When I receive it the packages seems with no problem so I think it might be my hub’s problem declaring it as vape product. So I purchased the third time and decided to directly send it to my country. But it is a NIGHTMARE. Few days later I got e-mail from DHL they said the package is going to arrive soon, told me to confirm the invoice. When I saw the invoice I was SHOCKED. All the things are directly putted on the invoice it’s all sensitive words on it! If you don’t know what invoice is it’s a paper to let the customs know what is in the package. And you told me WON’T PUT ANYTHING VAPE RELATED WORDS OR ANY SENSITIVE WORDS ON THE PACKAGE? It was ridiculous. Then I contacted youvape again, the only respond that I get is they are SHIRKING RESPONSIBILITY. You already know vape is a sensitive thing in my country, you told me you won’t put sensitive words on the package so I trusted you. If you are unable to put non sensitive products on the invoice you could tell me first then I won’t purchase anymore instead of LYING that there aren’t sensitive words. The invoice cause my customs to DESTROY the package and cause my losses. When having communication with youvape lots of question they choose to NOT REPLY and IGNORE. When they don’t want to solve problem they just don’t reply your message! After the customs destroy the package youvape was indifferent only said it’s all my country’s problem they didn’t do anything wrong and not replying message.
